Delia Smith-Bucur is the founder and CEO of Del Fin Group, a strategic business consultancy headquartered in Scotland. She works with C-suite leaders across sectors to navigate strategic change, enhance organisational resilience, and deliver sustainable growth in competitive markets.
While her consulting practice spans multiple industries, Delia brings particular expertise in property development and construction. She has conducted independent research into change management barriers in property development, including C-level interviews with senior executives from CBRE and other leading UK firms. Working in collaboration with strategic partners, she has also engaged with global equipment manufacturers such as JCB, Kubota, and Volvo Construction Equipment, gaining deep insight into the industry’s transition toward electric machinery and sustainable technologies. The findings from this work are informing the development of practical frameworks designed to help leaders implement successful transformation initiatives.
Delia’s commitment to client success is unwavering. Delia holds an International MBA in Business Administration, a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Dundee, and a Diploma in Management and Leadership (Chartered Management Institute, FCMgr). She also holds a diploma in professional sales from the Entrepreneurial Sales Institute.

Dr. Gordon Shields
Dr. Gordon Shields is a highly experienced market research, analytics, and customer experience expert who supports DEL FIN GROUP on select client projects. With over 25 years of international experience, Gordon has led research and advisory work for clients across Europe, the Indo-Pacific, South East Asia, the GCC, and North America.
Gordon held several senior leadership roles at J.D. Power in Singapore and Europe, most recently leading the agency's research on new mobility, benchmarking, EV adoption, and ownership experience. As a seasoned international researcher, Gordon manages single-market and complex multi-market quantitative and qualitative studies and provides deep insights to clients through senior stakeholder workshops and ideation sessions.
Gordon received his doctorate in Political Science from the Eberhard-Karls Universität Tübingen in Germany and completed postdoctoral work at Oxford.

Diego Carrozzo
Is a Visual Communications Consultant with over 15 years of multidisciplinary design expertise at the Del Fin Group. His portfolio demonstrates versatility across various design applications, including media, developing dynamic visual and cinematic videos, and industrial, with interior, product and architectural lighting. He translates client visions into bespoke creative solutions through an immersive design process. His global perspective enables him to approach projects with alternative and innovative visions.
Diego has worked internationally for renowned design, graphic and architectural firms in Italy, the United Kingdom, and Australia and continuously interacts with Saudi Arabia and the Emirates. Diego is a highly skilled professional who brings a unique combination of meticulous attention to detail, enthusiasm and emotional intelligence to the board.
His innovative design capabilities and diverse expertise make him an invaluable addition to the creative team at Del Fin Group. Proficient in 2D and 3D software and can translate abstract concepts into stunning visuals.
